About Sallie

Sallie Guillory has always had a passion for coaching people. She began as a Division 1 college basketball coach leading two teams to the NCAA tournament at McNeese St. University and then leading the University of Louisiana to a WBI Championship in her final season. Sallie then began to feel a call to full-time ministry where she then served in a variety of roles in the local church most notably as Creative Director at Our Savior’s Church, a multi-site church in Lafayette, LA and most recently at Times Square Church in the heart of New York City. Now Sallie coaches leaders so they can effectively coach and lead their teams. 

Sallie’s expertise is in the creative leadership space. She believes that coaching people is an art, but coaching creative people is a fine art. She believes that there needs to be a new vision for creative and communications teams in the local church that can help amplify the voice of God while clarifying the mission of the church. She is a great coach if you’re looking to improve your digital strategy to leverage social media, website, email and online services to reach more people and increase engagement. Sallie is also passionate about helping churches create excellent, engaging weekend worship experiences that honor God and inspire people.

Sallie is originally from Lafayette, LA and can cook a mean gumbo. For fun she enjoys reading books, playing tennis, cooking and she is a self-proclaimed coffee snob.
